We want you to love VibeScreen. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions. This applies to your first subscription payment; renewal charges may be refunded at our discretion if a refund is requested promptly after the renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Contact our support team and we'll work with Paddle to process it.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
